Workshop

Befriending the Inner Critic

No part of you is fundamentally bad. Each part has it’s own purpose which needs to be held and understood. This facilitates a journey towards a more conscious aware life lived with agency than the conditioned fear that kept parts of you fragmented and stuck.’ - Dr.Vidhya Nair This workshop is an experiential workshop held by community to integrate and bridge parts of you that are in constant conflict, leading to stuckness and frustration within.

About this experience

A carefully held space
for honest inner work.

This is experiential group work rather than a lecture. Through guided reflection, embodied exercises, movement and partner work, participants move through four stages: seeing the critic clearly, feeling where it lives in the body, understanding what it guards, and bridging the critic with the younger part it protects.

Bring a journal, stationery you enjoy and a comfort object. Wear clothes you can sit and move in.

Is this for you?
